At Community Partnership Family Resource Center (CP), every family, however it is defined, deserves the opportunity to thrive. CP is rooted in the belief that strong families build strong communities. We are a welcoming, come as you are space where families find connection, resources, and support at every stage of life.
Through more than 20 free or low-cost programs, we support children, parents, grandparents, caregivers, and individuals across our community. Whether you are raising young children, supporting school aged kids, preparing for a GED, or entering the workforce, we have a program for you. Programs include playgroups, parenting education, one-on-one family support, gardening, cooking and nutrition, exercise classes, career readiness, GED preparation, family, and community events, and more. Many include free meals and childcare to make participation accessible for everyone. Our team walks alongside families, empowering them to build confidence, stability, and long-term success.

CP is also the resource hub of our community. From education to childcare, food access, family activities, and more, our vast resource network is here to help you find what you are looking for to reach your goals. You don't have to figure it out alone. We are neighbors supporting neighbors and there is something for everyone.
Families tell us CP just feels welcoming. We invite you to come see what we are all about. Stop by for a playgroup, attend a class, volunteer in the garden, or join a family event. We hope you leave feeling supported and connected.

Stop by Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 701 Gold Hill Place in Woodland Park, call 719-686-0705, or visit www.cpteller.org.
