Community Partnership Family Resource Center (CP) has been serving families of all shapes and sizes since 1992. We believe every family deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we are here to provide a welcoming, supportive environment that meets families where they are and helps them reach their full potential.
CP offers more than 20 free or low-cost programs designed to strengthen families, build connections, and support long-term success. Programs and activities include playgroups, parenting education, cooking and nutrition classes, yoga, community gardening, GED preparation and testing, career readiness support, financial health education, one-on-one family support, a supplemental food pantry, and access to community resources. Many programs include free childcare and meals, to make participation accessible for everyone. We work alongside parents, grandparents, caregivers, children, teens, and individuals using a strengths-based approach because we believe strong families build strong communities. We know life can be challenging at times, and no one should have to navigate it alone. Whether you are looking for support, resources, opportunities to grow, or simply a place to belong, CP is here to help.
